YOUR PRACTITIONER:

By selecting an appointment below you’ll be taking full advantage of our multi-practitioner model. The beauty of this is that all of our practitioners are experienced, skilled clinicians and many patients enjoy experiencing each of our unique ways of working.

That said, if you want to see a particular practitioner please select ‘Choose Practitioner’. These appointments cost a little more as there they require extra administration.

CANCELLATIONS: and INITIAL APPOINTMENTS

We require at least 48hrs prior notice to cancel appointments.

All late cancellations and no-shows will incur a cancellation fees based on our Green Bottle Scale. Unfortunately we do not have the resources to make decisions on ‘valid’ or ‘not valid’ reasons for cancellations. Your fee helps to support the clinic to help others.

We request payment information when you book your first appointment. This will be stored to cover any late cancellation fees and safeguard treatment time so that we can offer this service to as many as possible. We hope you understand and we thank you for supporting us.
